Great care was taken to preserve or recreate the factory paint marks and part labels. No expense spared. Less than 500 miles on the restoration. No detail overlooked all the way down to the factory Toyota tool bag and emergency light. Primarily put back to the factory specifications but with all the luxurious upgrades to make it an enjoyable daily driver. 4 wheel power disc brakes Saginaw power steering air conditioning completely rebuilt high performance Man a Fre 2F motor with forged high compression pistons tuned headers high performance ignition system and Weber carb This FJ40 absolutely delivers the maximum in torque power and fuel economy Guaranteed to be the most powerful best running and driving FJ40 out there 4 lift kit with all new springs shackles bushings bolts & shocks for a dramatically improved steering control and ride. Stock wheels refinished and powder coated with new 33 tires. The transmission transfer case and axles were meticulously rebuilt receiving new bearings and seals throughout. The body retains original sheet metal and floors it was completely stripped to bare medal epoxy primed and finished on a rotisserie using high quality PPG paint in the original Toyota Freeborn red color with black interior. All of the rubber components were replaced during reassembly and with the exception of the wing and corner window all new tempered glass was installed. The original steering wheel was completely refurbished back to its new condition. The same care and attention was given to the underside of the vehicle. The frame axle housings all of the chassis and steering components as well as the bumpers were powder coated in their original colors. Everything on this Land Cruiser looks and works like the day it was new
