1977 Toyota FJ40 - $46,500 - Richland, WA - 1977 Toyota FJ40, Desirable 1977 model year FJ40 in outstanding original numbers matching condition. ZERO rust. This is one of the finest orginal FJ's you will find. Paint is in great shape with only a few minor chips. Original glass all around. Interior in great shape with only a small split in the driver seat back. 4 speed manual. Original 2F motor which I believe was previously rebuilt as it has been thoroughly gone through by my mechanic and it was found to be very strong with no leaks. It looks like new under the hood. Previously a California car that last past emmision inspections in 2011 just prior to my purchase of it. I have only had to replace the rear main seal and I replaced the cluch when that was done. The clutch that was in it I kept as it was like new. It has a 3 inch lift and 33" BFG Mud Terrains on it that are nearly new. Has a rear heater and a rare cold air intake fan. It has been upgraded with an electronic ignition and an aftermarket am/fm CD radio. 9000lb WARN winch. Has approximately 125K miles on it as the odometer quit working shortly after my purchase at 118,400 miles. The tenths still turn but no longer engages the miles. Likely the tenths tab as broken off or sticky. May be repaired prior to sale. Everything else on the great FJ works and it drives great! Why pay over the top dollars for a over restored FJ when they are only original once. While this vehicle is in fantastic shape you will not be hesitant to actually use it as it was meant to be used!
